Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago-Carol Stream (Wheaton) by IHG

Absolutely love coming here. My family and I host pokemon trading card shows at this hotel and we love it so much. The front desk receptionist Erica is absolutely amazing and very nice. Makes my day every time. Highly recommend

I had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Carol Stream. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, which made for a relaxing night. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help with any questions. The location is convenient, close to the main roads and not far from shopping and dining options. The hotel also has nice amenities like a pool and fitness center, which adds to the overall value. The only small downside is that some areas of the property could use a little updating, but it didn’t affect my stay much. Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers in the Wheaton/Carol Stream area.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Holiday Inn Hotel for our Leisure trip to Chicago. The hotel is located at a very convenient location on the highway with lots of amenities within a 2-mile radius. The rooms were clean but need some upgrades and the customer service was exceptional. I would recommend this place for a family or business stay.

First and foremost I had an extended stay here (first time in a hotel longer than a month at a time). I have never been treated so well and had such an enjoyable stay. Every single staff member I met is top notch they were always so friendly, cordial, helpful and above all gave me their undivided attention to whatever I needed. The hotel is super clean, housekeeping and maintenance work super hard and it definitely shows. There's so much more I can say but bottom line if you are coming to Carol Stream or the surrounding areas and you need a place to stay Holiday Inn is the best place! All the staff are pleasant, approachable, and are willing to bend over backwards, within reason, to fully accommodate one's stay. Tbe restaurant, Burger Theory, albeit somewhat pricey, serves more than ample portions; I was able to have almost 3 breakfast meals from the one purchased.

So disappointed to not have made it to the Holiday Inn Carol Stream this week due to a botched travel experience with American Airlines. I was in contact with the hotel throughout the duration of my experience, and they took great care of me. It was nice to hear a comforting voice amidst the chaos of air travel! I will definitely look to book there the next time I'm in the Chicago area.

Certainly would stay if going back..Everyone was pleasant and hospitable besides the Thursday night front desk guy. Is there a reason to be rude to guests for no reason? If you have personal problems please just be neutral. Never was told about food specials from wait staff and over heard the wait staff tell other people after my last order. They certainly would have got a better tip if I didn't have to spend so much.

Spent two nights here for a short recovery break from work. The atmosphere was calm and room lighting was comfortable. Room service delivered meals within the estimated time frame. Staff maintained consistent service standards.
